Key Procurement Activities 

Sourcing

Having completed contracts with suppliers to provide solar and power solutions to support Project Green, we have submitted orders to suppliers in advance of product delivery in late 2022/early 2023. This activity will be delivered across Nigeria to reduce our reliance on diesel.

Other sourcing projects include:

• Professional services support for Chief Operating Officer related activities
• Systems to support HR, Sustainability and HSSE teams
• Data and business information related activities
• Ongoing Technical requirements – power, towers, battery testing facilities etc.
• Support for business development activities

Organization

We would like to welcome a new Group Procurement team member:

• Emmanuel Nortey is joining Group from our Cameroon OpCo to take on the role of Associate Director, Procurement Excellence.

In addition, in our wider functional leadership we are pleased to welcome:
