Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to the 2022 third quarter edition of The Tower, the IHS group-wide internal newsletter. I am pleased to reveal our new quarterly newsletter, created by Group Communications, designed to bring a fresh approach to our Group-wide communications in alignment with our evolving business and growing employee base.
My personal highlight this quarter was the CEO Conference 2022 which we held in September, in Dubai. For the first time in three years, our senior leaders came together in one group for a two-day strategic conference. During which, we shared key information relating to 2022 performance, 2023 priorities and our long-term goals. I enjoyed opening the conference with a fireside chat and hope many of you listened to the post-event recording of this, and the Group HR update from Ayotade Oyinola. In addition, the event featured presentations from all Group function heads, in-country leadership teams and interactive panel discussions focusing on our technological innovations with cross-market representation.
As the US conference season kicked off, I joined Steve Howden, Chief Financial Officer, and Colby Synesael, Senior Vice President of Communications at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia and Technology Conference in San Francisco, California. It was a great opportunity to meet our investor community and participate in a fireside chat, which can be viewed via the conference’s on-demand webcast here.
Finally, as we move through the final quarter of 2022, let’s keep up our momentum to close what has been another extraordinary year for IHS.
